The immediate holding company is Transmarco Limited, a public listed company incorporated in Singapore whose ordinary shares are quoted on the Singapore Exchange. The ultimate holding company is Miel Investment Corporation, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
The company existing brands are Hush Puppies, Renoma, Obermain and I=AM the in house brand of footwear for the young. The group has secured the license to market Dockers footwear in the region and will be launching the product before the end of the calendar year in Malaysia. | | | | | |
