KFM was incorporated in Malaysia on 12 May 1984 as Kuantan Flour Mills Sdn Bhd and commenced operations in 1985 to engage in the business of operating a wheat flour mill and the selling and distribution of wheat flour throughout the country. In 1990, KFM was converted into a public limited company and assumed the present name and was subsequently listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on November 1991.
The focus of KFM is to produce consistent good quality flour with the objective of achieving 100% customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. This dedication has earned KFM the reputation as one of the leading flour producers in the country. Our clientele base is wide and spread among bakeries, biscuit manufacturers and noodle makers, which are the three main flour consuming sectors. We also export our flour to the neighboring countries in Asean region.
