COMPUTERISED WEIGHING FILLING SYSTEM
MACHINE FEATURES
COMPUFIL Filling machines can provide highly accurate weight filling of liquid and semiliquid products into containers / drums from 100 gram to over 50kg depends on the maximum load of electronic load cell.
The COMPUFIL models use electronic load cell- digital indicator and Fast – Fill / Slow - Fill feature to achieve accuracy of ± 0.1% of target fill weight. When operator presses the operating button. Fast-Fill begins. When Slow-Fill weight is reached, the product flow is reduced until the shut-off weight is reached.
Product may be supplied to the machine from a gravity source (elevated tank) or from a pump.
Splash reduction (non-drip) nozzle is equipped to ensure splashless and drip free.
When changing containers , the height of nozzle can be simply changed by adjusted a rack and gear system.
